Hatha Yoga for All

Heart Opening & Energy Boost
⏱ 60 min Medium-slow pace All levels

Made for anyone who wants to move at a steady, comfortable speed — not too fast, not too slow. We focus on heart-opening poses that stretch your chest, shoulders, and upper back, helping you stand taller, breathe deeper, and feel more confident.

We also practice Wheel Pose — a deep backbend that opens the front of your body, strengthens arms and legs, and gives you a big lift in energy and mood.

  • Feel more energized
  • More present in your body and mind
  • Lighter and more open in your heart area
More about this class

Heart-opening poses are especially powerful for people who spend long hours at a desk or looking at a phone — the chest and shoulders slowly close up, and this class gently reverses that.

We always finish with Savasana (final rest) so you can fully absorb the benefits.

"Come as you are. Leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more sure of yourself."

Vinyasa Level 2

Vinyasa Flow · Strength & Flexibility
⏱ 60 min Medium-fast pace Some experience

More active and faster-paced than Hatha. You will move continuously from one pose to the next, connecting each movement with your breath.

New to vinyasa? Start with Hatha Yoga for All to build your foundation, then step up to this class.

  • Build upper body strength (plank, chaturanga, downward dog)
  • Get your heart rate up
  • Challenge your balance and coordination
  • Backbends to create energy · forward bends to calm the mind
More about this class

This class is great if you already know basic yoga poses and want to sweat, move, and grow stronger — both physically and mentally.

We always finish with Savasana (final rest) so your body can relax and absorb all the good work you did.

"Come ready to move. Leave feeling strong, stretched, and centered."
Yoga Wheel class with students using wheels
☸️

Yoga Wheel

Deep Stretch & Flexibility
⏱ 60 min Medium-slow pace All levels

Uses a yoga wheel (plus blocks) to help you get a deeper, safer stretch than you could on your own. The wheel supports your back, opens your chest, and helps you gently go deeper into poses.

  • Improve your flexibility safely
  • Open your shoulders, spine, and hips
  • Learn the wheel for backbends, forward bends, and side stretches
More about this class

A great way to get a deep stretch without pushing too hard — the wheel does the work for you. Perfect for anyone who wants to become more flexible, release tension, or try a fun new yoga prop.

Because the pace is medium-slow, you have time to feel each stretch and breathe into it. We always finish with Savasana.

"Come curious. Leave stretched, loose, and calm."
Led Ashtanga class in side angle pose
🕉️

Ashtanga Yoga (Led)

Same Method Worldwide
⏱ 75 min Steady pace Some experience

The traditional Ashtanga method, taught the same way all over the world. The teacher leads by counting in Sanskrit — just like in Mysore, India — and you follow along.

  • A fixed series of poses in the same order every time
  • Breath-counting keeps a steady, meditative rhythm
  • Go only as far as your body feels comfortable — no forcing, no comparing
More about this class

How it works: the teacher says the pose name and count, you listen and move with your breath. This is not a "watch and copy" class — you listen to the teacher's voice and follow at your own capacity.

You are always encouraged to rest when you need it and skip or modify poses that are not right for your body today. We finish with Savasana.

"Come with an open mind. Leave feeling focused, stretched, and part of a global yoga tradition."

Stretch & Split

Front & Side Splits Preparation
⏱ 60 min Medium-slow pace All levels

For anyone working toward front splits (Hanumanasana) and side splits (Samakonasana) — or simply wanting more freedom in the hips and legs.

A mix of active stretching (using your own muscle strength) and passive stretching (letting gravity and time do the work) — the combination that helps you go deeper safely.

  • Targeted work: hip flexors, hamstrings, quads, inner thighs
  • Low lunges, half splits, frog pose, wide-legged folds
  • Blocks and blankets for support at any level
More about this class

You do not need to be close to your splits to join. You just need consistency, patience, and a willingness to feel sensation without pushing into pain.

We start with a warm-up to wake up the whole body, then move into the muscle groups that matter most for splits. We finish with Savasana so your legs and hips can absorb all the opening you created.

"Come as you are. Leave feeling longer, looser, and one step closer to your splits."

Myofascial Stretch

Release Tension · Restore Movement
⏱ 45 min Gentle pace All levels

A 45-minute reset class made for every body. We begin with simple joint warm-ups to wake the body up, then use the foam roller to slowly release the tension your muscles have been carrying — the perfect antidote to long sitting hours, stress, and stiff shoulders.

Next, small massage balls (tennis-ball style) melt away the stubborn knots the roller can't reach — upper back, hips, shoulders. Then we move into deep, satisfying stretches and gentle core work guided by the breath, and finish with 5 minutes of Savasana to let everything settle.

  • Foam rolling to melt tension from major muscle groups
  • Massage-ball work on stubborn knots and trigger points
  • Deep stretching + gentle core with breath awareness
  • Ends with 5 minutes of guided Savasana
More about this class

Why myofascial release? Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps every muscle. Long hours at a desk, stress, and repetitive movement make it stiff and sticky — that's the tight, heavy feeling in your body. Rolling and ball work release it, so you move easier, stand taller, and feel lighter.

This class is especially good if you sit all day, train hard, feel stiff in the morning, or simply want a class that gives back more than it asks. No flexibility needed — just come as you are.

"Your body carries your day — this class helps it let go."
Headstand inversion
🙃

Inversions — Advanced

Master Headstand & Forearm Balance
⏱ 60 min Challenging Advanced practitioners

Dedicated to inversions — poses where your hips go above your heart and your heart goes above your head. Focus on Headstand (Sirsasana) and Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana).

  • Proper alignment to stay safe
  • How to fall or roll out with control
  • Drills to build shoulder and core strength
  • Wall support options at every level
More about this class

Who is this for? Students who already practice Vinyasa or Hatha yoga regularly (a few times a week) and feel comfortable in downward dog, plank, and basic weight-bearing poses.

Expect a warm-up for shoulders and hamstrings, step-by-step progressions, and plenty of time to practice at your own level. We finish with Savasana to calm the nervous system after going upside down.

"Come ready to challenge your balance — and see the world from a new angle."

Handstand Lab

Everything About Going Upside Down
⏱ 60 min Advanced For regular practitioners

This class is all about Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) — nothing else. If you have been dreaming of kicking up, balancing, or simply feeling stronger and safer upside down, this is for you.

  • Injury prevention: wrist prep, shoulder stability, core engagement
  • Kick-up technique, balance tips, wall work
  • How to fall safely — so fear never holds you back
More about this class

How we spend the 60 minutes: warm-up and injury prevention → handstand drills and practice time → cool-down and Savasana.

You will be guided step by step. No rushing, no pressure. Just smart, safe practice. An advanced class for students with a regular Vinyasa or Hatha practice.

"Come ready to work, play, and maybe finally get that handstand."
