Privacy Policy

Bliss Yoga ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website, at the studio, and through our booking platform, why we collect it, and how you control it.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, and email address that you provide when enquiring or signing up by WhatsApp, by email, or at the studio.
• Membership & booking records: class bookings, package and membership purchases, attendance, and cancellation requests.
• Health & safety notes: only what you choose to share (injuries, pregnancy, conditions) so we can teach you safely.

2. Bookings through Mindbody

Class schedules, bookings, and memberships are managed on the Mindbody platform, including the Mindbody app and our studio's branded app. When you create a Mindbody account or book through it, Mindbody also processes your data (account details, purchases, attendance) under its own privacy policy. We share only the information needed to run your bookings and membership.

3. How we use it

• To provide the studio schedule, bookings, memberships, and event information.
• To manage your membership and communicate about classes you booked.
• We do not sell your data, show third-party advertising, or run analytics trackers on this website.

4. Where data is stored

Booking and membership records are stored in Mindbody's cloud infrastructure. Enquiries sent by WhatsApp or email are stored on those services (Meta and Google), and day-to-day studio records are kept on the studio's own devices with access controls.

5. Deleting your data

You can request deletion at the studio, by WhatsApp at +853 6201 3031, or by email at admin@blissyogamacau.com. For records held in Mindbody you can also use Mindbody's own account controls; on request we will delete our studio records and ask Mindbody to remove your account data.

6. Children

Sign-ups for students under 18 require guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children without it.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
